It’s that Time of Year Again

The Bus Stop Theatre Cooperative is entering it’s 3rd year as a community run organization.

This year’s Annual General Meeting is going to be the most important meeting we’ve hosted to date, because there will be a motion put forward to the membership that the Cooperative take over operations of the theatre. The Theatre is currently run by Walk-eh? Enterprise and entrepreneur Clare Waque the ratification of this motion by the AGM would mean the cooperative can work towards settling into the building as a permanent home for emerging and professional artists on Gottingen street.

The Organization is run by members of the Cooperative, and governed by a board of directors who are members themselves and elected by the membership at the AGM. We are looking for new board members, so if you are interested in helping the BST grow and you’d like to support its operation we need you, we want you to be the ‘we’. Working together, the Bus Stop can be a happy, healthy, not-for-profit arts organization.

At 2203 Gottingen Street, B3K 3B5
