1 -Theatre Capacity and Set up

Due to current health and safety regulations, we will be implementing the following changes to the standard theatre capacity and set up of the space:

  • No bookings or audiences are permitted in the space at this time.

2 -Renter/performer Requirements

All renters/performers will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entrance to the space (sanitizer will be provided at the front door).

All renters/performers must sign in upon entrance for contact tracing.

All renters/performers will be required to wear a mask in the space.

Groups using the dressing room/backstage area must know in advance that it is a small area and does not allow for proper social distancing.

All renters/performers must provide contact information (phone number or email address) to assist with contact tracing in the case that someone in the space tests positive for Covid-19. This information will be kept confidential.

3 -Sanitization Protocol

The lobby/theatre/dressing room will be cleaned and all surfaces sanitized prior to each rental.

In the case of multi day rentals, the space will be cleaned additionally each night/morning before the renter arrives (depending on what works best for their schedule).

For multi day rentals, the renter is responsible for cleaning/sanitizing the dressing room and any equipment which will be used by multiple people.

Lobby touch surfaces (bathrooms, door handles, etc.) will be sanitized additionally during the performance and after intermission.

Cleaning products will be provided for the renter to use in the space.

4 -Bus Stop Staff

Bus Stop staff will provide the following staff for live streaming events and rentals:

  • Technician: The technician will operate light/sound for the renter and is the designated person to lead the renters/performers out of the space in case of an emergency.

5 -Fees

While we recognize that revenue potential is reduced for renters due to lowered audience capacity, our rental rates will remain the same due to increased operational costs.

However, our multi-day discounts will change as follows:

  • 2 day rentals will receive a 10% discount.
  • 3 or more day rentals will receive a 20% discount.
