About This Project
Taylor is a 2014 alumni of the Dalhousie Acting Programme, focused on classical acting training, singing and dance. He is a theatre creator of shows Redfish and Heavy, both discussing mental health and body image. He started Boom Boom Pow Theatre with fellow artist Rachel Hastings, and Afro Viking Pictures with fellow filmmaker Koumie, focused on creating culturally inclusive content.

Since finishing at Dalhousie, Taylor has worked in T.V., Film , and Theatre.

Theatre roles include:  Heavy, performer/ writer (Solo Show); For The Taking (Festival Antigonish);  Red Fish, performer/ writer, Two in the Coop and David for Queen (HTYP).

FIlm/ TV roles include:  Afraid to Speak  (River Point Films);  Noon Gun  (Indie Can Entertainment);  Haven (Syfy/ Showcase); Sex and Violence (OutTv); Know What I’m Sayin’?, performer/ writer/ director (2 Webbed Toes Films); Your Money or Your Wife (Telefilm Canada);  Ariyah & Tristan’s Inevitable Break up, performer/ writer, and Hustle & Heart, performer/ writer, (Afro Viking Pictures), the latter a winner of Best Atlantic Short at AFF; You Ruined Our Life! by Iain MacLeod; Pure the new CBC tv drama; Halloween Party by Jay Dahl; Black Cop by Cory Bowles.

Taylor looks and hopes to work and collaborate constantly.
